The Daniel Group, LLC specializes in the leasing of shopping centers with experience in both large retail properties including regional malls, lifestyle centers and specialty centers, as well as smaller mixed-use developments around the country.The Daniel Group has been successful in creating positive cash-flow as a result of our leasing and re-merchandising efforts in new, planned and existing properties. We have been extremely effective in updating the tenant mix and subsequently re-tenanting older properties, both in our immediate area, and in other markets across the United States.

The Daniel Group has actively consulted with national, regional and local landlords in the positioning and repositioning of numerous properties. We have also represented a number of national retail tenants in their expansion planning.

Based in Baltimore, Maryland, we are currently celebrating our third decade in business, and our key executives have maintained leadership roles in international real estate organizations. Additionally, they have shared their extensive knowledge through continued involvement in educational opportunities and industry forums.
